Connie Syropoulos NP-C
Founder and Medical Director
Founder of Signature Wellness, Connie Syropoulos, NP-C, is best known for her compassionate approach to care and dedication to helping patients achieve their best possible outcomes. In 2022, while caring for her husband during his battle with cancer, Connie became not only a provider, but also a fierce medical advocate — an experience that further shaped her patient-first philosophy and deepened her understanding of compassionate healthcare.
Connie later joined forces with Matthew, and together they helped co-create a medical weight loss program centered around one thing above all else: the patient. Together, they met with pharmacies, prepared for different treatment outcomes, and continuously expanded their knowledge to create a more thoughtful and supportive experience for every individual. One of the most rewarding parts of Connie’s journey has been witnessing the real-life transformations and renewed confidence in her patients.
Known by many as not only intelligent, but beautiful inside and out, Connie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Madonna University in 2010 and is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Utah, Nebraska, and Michigan.
Outside of healthcare, Connie enjoys caring for her animals and spending as much time as possible kayaking and enjoying the outdoors. This venture marks a new chapter for Connie — one she is excited to continue, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others through accessible, compassionate, and modern wellness care.
Matthew Srithiemthong
Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Co-founder of Signature Wellness, Matthew Srithiemthong has served in executive leadership roles across multiple healthcare and wellness ventures, helping scale businesses into the six-figure range within just a few years. Known for his forward-thinking mindset, adaptability, and understanding of evolving markets, Matthew has built a reputation for creating businesses that are both agile and patient-focused.Outside of Signature Wellness, Matthew currently serves as CEO of Mountain West Medical Clinic, a clinic he helped grow from startup-level revenue to over half a million dollars within just three years as CFO. Matthew took control of the company in mid 2026 leading the business through a period of paused growth. He also serves as CEO of The Signature Nail Studio, where he helped create one of Utah’s first blended wellness and beauty concepts under one roof. Having studied in the heart of New York City’s financial district, Matthew brings a unique perspective that blends healthcare, luxury experience, and modern business strategy into a patient-centered approach.Matthew believes some of the best brands are built in places others overlook. Throughout his career, he has created concepts that stand on their own — transforming spaces that many never saw potential in into thriving businesses centered around experience, accessibility, innovation, and community. His vision continues to focus on creating modern wellness concepts. In 2026 Matthew Received the distinct honor of joining Utah's business 40 under 40 as the youngest Candidate to be join the group.

Alejandra Garcia
Clinic Compliance and Human Resources
Known as “The General,” Alejandra serves as our Clinic Compliance & Practice Manager and is truly one of the driving forces behind our operations.
With over 8 years of medical reception and executive assistant experience, along with over 4 years in the beauty industry as a Certified Master Esthetician, Alejandra brings a unique blend of professionalism, leadership, and client care to our team.
She now oversees the day-to-day operations of our practice while also jointly supporting Brennan with salon ventures and expansion projects across the Signature brand.
Her attention to detail, effectiveness, and ability to create streamlined systems have made her an invaluable asset to the company. From improving patient experiences to implementing operational changes and assisting with billing during the growth of our weight loss and aesthetics programs, Alejandra has played a major role in helping shape the business into what it is today.
Her dedication, organization, and passion for excellence continue to elevate both our team and the experience we provide to every client and patient we serve.
Brennan Espinoza
Clinic operations Coordinator
Having spent much of his career in coffee shop leadership, Brennan made the jump into the medical and beauty industry and has since mastered the professionalism, etiquette, and operations that come with the field.
After attending Salt Lake Community College, Brennan quickly became known for his adaptability, leadership, and willingness to always learn, grow, and find solutions. Today, he proudly serves as our Clinic & Salon Operations Manager, helping oversee the continued growth of the Signature brand.
As we continue to expand, Brennan is stepping into an exciting new role as the Chief Operating Partner of the Signature Coffee Bar, where he will oversee day-to-day operations and help bring our newest concept to life.
